Welcome to StoryFlux! These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your use of the StoryFlux mobile app (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), provided by an Individual Developer (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Access to and use of the App is subject to these Terms. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.
StoryFlux is an interactive app for creating and reading stories using artificial intelligence. The App allows users to:
Registration of a user account is required to use certain App features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The App is intended for users over 13 years of age. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited:
You retain rights to the content you create in the App. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with providing the service.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Stories created by users, undergoes automated and human moderation to ensure compliance with our community guidelines.
To maintain a safe and positive community environment, we implement a reporting system that allows users to flag inappropriate content. When content receives multiple reports (typically 3 or more), it may be temporarily hidden from other users while our moderation team reviews it. Content authors can still view and edit their own reported content during the review process. This helps us quickly address potential issues while giving creators an opportunity to respond and improve their content.
You are fully responsible for the content you post in the App. We are not responsible for user-generated content.
Stories and other content generated by artificial intelligence based on your data and preferences are provided to you under a license for personal, non-commercial use within the App. You do not have the right to copy, distribute, or use such content outside the App without our written permission. We retain all intellectual property rights to AI algorithms and generated content.
Content Filtering: We implement multiple layers of automated content filtering to prevent the generation of prohibited content. However, due to the nature of AI systems, there is a possibility that unexpected or inappropriate content may occasionally be generated. We continuously monitor and improve our filtering systems, but cannot guarantee 100% prevention of all unwanted content.
The App and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and video, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. You do not have the right to copy, modify, or distribute such content without our written permission.
Some features in the App may be paid. All payments are processed through secure payment systems. Prices are listed in the App and may change. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy of the relevant payment provider.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. After termination, your account may be deleted and access to content may be restricted.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or securely. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of the Russian Federation.
In the event of disputes, we recommend first attempting to resolve them through negotiation. If this is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through judicial proceedings.
We may change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
